Dr. Seema Rafique is a distinguished faculty member specializing in Organizational Behavior and Human Resources. Holding a Ph.D. in Management and an MBA in HR, she has been trained by some of the best educators and motivators in the field, securing a merit position in her MBA program. Over her 23-year academic career, she has held various academic and administrative roles across India, including positions in Pune, Faridabad, Indore, and Bhopal. Throughout her career, Dr. Rafique has made significant contributions to research, authoring numerous papers in both national and international journals, including Scopus-listed publications, and guiding over 200 PGDM/MBA projects. She has also published a patent on a machine learning-based advertising system. Dr. Rafique has actively participated in and chaired sessions at various international and national conferences. Her dedication to continuous learning and professional growth is evident through her involvement in numerous workshops and faculty development programs. Additionally, she serves on the editorial boards of several peer-reviewed journals.
