SIRT Bhopal Successfully Organizes National Level Tech SAGEathon 2K26, 145 Teams Showcase Innovation.

Bhopal. Sagar Institute of Research and Technology (SIRT), Bhopal successfully organized the two-day National Level Hackathon Tech SAGEathon 2K26 with the objective of promoting innovation, technical excellence, teamwork, and problem-solving skills among young minds. The event received an overwhelming response from across the country, with 145 teams participating from various institutions of India.

The central theme of the event was “Edutech”, encouraging participants to develop technology-driven solutions for challenges in the education sector. Participants worked on six different problem statements, each designed with specific objectives to inspire practical and impactful innovations.

During the hackathon, students demonstrated their technical expertise using modern technology stacks such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Web Development, Cloud Computing, Data Analytics, and Mobile Application Development to build innovative solutions. All teams were evaluated by an expert jury panel on various parameters including feasibility, implementation, impact, presentation, and innovation.

Alongside the hackathon, an exciting Robo Race event named “Techno Track” was also organized, adding enthusiasm and technical excitement to the celebration of innovation and technology. Participants showcased impressive robotics and engineering skills during the competition.

On this occasion, SAGE Group CMD Sanjeev Agrawal congratulated the participants and stated that events like Tech SAGEathon 2K26 play a significant role in nurturing innovation, leadership, and technical thinking among students. VCM Prashant Jain appreciated the dedication, creativity, and teamwork displayed by the participants.
