Undergraduate and postgraduate students from any recognized college or university (Engineering, Management, Pharmacy, Arts, Sciences) are eligible. Cross-college teams are permitted for designated group events like Short Film and Treasure Hunt.
Yes, an authentic college identity card (or government photo ID along with enrollment proof) is strictly mandatory at campus security gates and event check-in counters.
Online pre-registration via Google Forms is highly recommended as slots for flagship events (Treasure Hunt, AI Art, Short Film) are capped. Spot registration desks will open at 8:30 AM daily subject to remaining slot availability.
Yes! Every registered participant who reports to the event receives an authorized Certificate of Participation. Winners and runners-up will be awarded cash prizes, official trophies, and certificates of excellence during the Grand Valedictory Ceremony on October 10.
SAGE Group provides designated shuttle buses from major Bhopal transit junctions (Habibganj/Rani Kamlapati station, MP Nagar, Lalghati). The campus features round-the-clock CCTV surveillance, medical triage stations with an on-duty ambulance, and diverse food courts.
