Two-Week VAC Program on “Significant Role of ANSYS for Industrial Applications” Conducted by Department of Mechanical Engineering, SIRT
The Department of Mechanical Engineering, SIRT successfully conducted a two-week VAC Program on “Significant Role of ANSYS for Industrial Applications” for V Semester students from 04 December to 20 December 2025. A total of 15 students actively participated and engaged in the program.
The program was coordinated by Prof. Dheeraj Jain and Prof. Rahul Tiwari, faculty members of the department.
Outcome of the Program:
As a result of this program, the students gained hands-on knowledge and practical skills in designing and optimizing aircraft structures and propulsion systems. They learned to simulate aerodynamics, structural integrity, and thermal effects, ensuring that aircraft meet stringent safety and performance standards. This program enhanced the students’ understanding of industrial applications of ANSYS software and its significance in real-world engineering scenarios.
