Sagar Institute of Research & Technology (SIRT), Bhopal organized a six-day AICTE-sponsored Faculty Development Program (FDP) focusing on Artificial Intelligence-based Real-Time Fraud Detection in Financial Transactions.

The program was conducted to enhance the knowledge and research capabilities of faculty members in the rapidly evolving field of Artificial Intelligence and cybersecurity. The event brought together academicians and researchers from various universities and colleges across Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, and other states.

The inaugural session was conducted by SP Pranay Nargave of the Cyber Cell, along with Dr. Rajeev Shrivastava, Director of SIRT, who addressed the participants and highlighted the growing importance of cybersecurity and AI-driven solutions in financial systems.

Dr. Shrivastava emphasized that cyber fraud in financial transactions is a serious issue, and awareness along with technological solutions is essential to address such challenges effectively.

During the program, experts discussed advanced concepts of Artificial Intelligence, machine learning techniques, fraud detection systems, and cybersecurity strategies that can help in developing smarter and more secure financial systems.

The Managing Director of SAGE Group of Institutions, Architect Shivani Agrawal, extended her best wishes to all the participants and appreciated the initiative for promoting research, innovation, and academic collaboration.
