Bhopal, August 18, 2025 – Sagar Institute of Research and Technology (SIRT), one of the premier institutions under The SAGE Group, organized its Orientation Program for the new academic session 2025-26 with great enthusiasm and pride. The program marked the formal beginning of the journey for newly admitted students and was designed to inspire them to set ambitious goals for their future.
The ceremony commenced with the traditional lamp lighting and Saraswati Vandana, led by the respected Managing Director of The SAGE Group, Ar. Shivani Agrawal, symbolizing the pursuit of knowledge and wisdom.
In his welcome address, Dr. Rajiv Shrivastava, Director, SIRT, presented the vision and roadmap of the institute, highlighting the academic rigor, innovative teaching-learning practices, and holistic development opportunities offered at SIRT.
Addressing the gathering, Chief Guest Ar. Shivani Agrawal motivated the freshers to dedicate themselves wholeheartedly to academics over the next four years, set clear career goals, and adopt a positive approach in life. She also congratulated the students for choosing SIRT as the stepping stone to their bright future.
The occasion was further graced with vibrant cultural performances by senior students from the Student Activity Council (SAC), which added liveliness to the program. The newly admitted students were also introduced to their Tutor Guardians, fostering a spirit of guidance and mentorship from the very beginning of their academic journey.
Conveying his message, Er. Sanjeev Agrawal, Chairman, The SAGE Group, extended his best wishes to the newcomers, encouraging them to make the most of the opportunities at SIRT and emerge as future-ready professionals.
