About Electronics & Communication Engineering
The Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering is one of the established departments in the institution. Our faculty brings state-of-the-art research, development, and design experience into the classroom, ensuring that our students and alumni are able to work as professional engineers to meet global challenges and total quality management. The major goal of the Department is to produce highly knowledgeable, competent and resourceful young engineers who can perform well in a wide variety of job profiles and entrepreneurship. To achieve this, curriculum provides a strong foundation in both the analytic and technological aspects of Electronics and Communication Engineering. It also provides ample opportunities to students to work on projects, develop communication skills, explore internship opportunities in industry and world-class universities and take part in state, national and international contests.

Head of Department

Dr. Jyoti Jain has 30+ year stint as a teaching faculty at various prestigious institutes. Her research interest lies in Mobile Adhoc networking and Internet of things. During her academic career she authored 20+ research papers in reputed national and international journals and conferences. Presently, Dr. Jain plays a key role as a guide to the graduate students and pursuing Masters and as a member of review committee various academic journals. She is actively involved in conducting symposiums, faculty development programs, etc.
