Our students can excel in their field not only through textbooks but also by attending various workshops of renowned experts and learned personalities in the particular field. With the help of these kinds of workshops they will get practical exposure and will also get updated with what is going around the world. These workshops help our students gain strong foothold in their respective discipline and help them stand out among the rest.

Industrial visits are the important part of our curriculum. It is a visit to the industry before completing studies in order to understand the reality and get prepared for it. The main aim of industrial visit is to provide an exposure to students about practical working environment. They also provide students a good opportunity to gain awareness about industrial practices.

SIRT Bhopal is very lucky to have academicians having rich experience in research and development area. Apart from teaching they spend their valuable time in developing various research projects to send for sanctioning of grants in various funding agencies. Some of the faculty members have been succeeded in getting the sanction of grant for their projects which has not only raised their knowledge but also the quality of Research & Development in SIRT. It is also helpful in creating research orientation among our students. Some of our faculty members have prepared such a quality projects that many MTech and BTech projects at a small level have been derived from these.

In the current competitive scenario textbook knowledge is not enough for survival in the market. One should have updated knowledge on various sectors for both technical and management students. On this track, SIRT Bhopal conducts 2-4 value addition courses in each semester of every stream, in which our group tries to provide them expertise in the field which is in high demand in the market that surely adds value to their course.
