Head of Department
Dr Nidhi Deouskar,Professor & Head at Sagar Institute of Research & Technology, Bhopal(SIRT). She has done MBA from IMS Indore, Devi Ahilya University, and Indore with specialization in Human Resource Management followed by PhD from Barkatullah University. She has also done diploma in Psychotherapy & Counselling from IMSR, Accredited to North East Virginia,USA. Her areas of interest includes OB,HRM,Research Methodology ,Soft skill Development,Counseling .She has 15 years of PG teaching experience .She has published more than 15 research papers in National & International Journals.She has one patent to her credit awarded by Government of India.She is an active member of various professional bodies and organizations including Bhopal Management Association,Women Empowerment Cell ,IPSOWA Madhya Pradesh.
